How referrals work
- Tell us your country, city and property type.
- If an authorised partner covers your area, we refer you to them and stay out of the deal.
- If no partner covers your area, we provide technical guidance only where that is appropriate.
Direct-to-consumer policy
We do not ship residential storage systems direct to end users in countries where we do not have installation and after-sales coverage. Portable power stations, which need no installation, are the exception and are sold through retail and e-commerce channels.
