FAQ

Common questions about certification, compatibility, commercial terms and delivery.

Certification and compliance

Which certificates do you hold?

The certificate register lists every certificate with its number, issuing body and validity. See Certificates. Status entries are updated by the certification team.

Can you certify a model for my market?

Certification scope depends on the model and the market. Send the market and the required standard with your enquiry so we can confirm feasibility and timeline.

Is the inverter on the approved list for my grid operator?

Several grids – South Africa most notably – only accept inverters on an approved list. Confirm the specific model and grid operator with us before quoting.

Compatibility and installation

Which inverters and EMS platforms does your storage work with?

Compatibility is published per model on its product page once verified. Unverified compatibility claims are not published.

Can the system be expanded later?

Expansion capability depends on the model. See the model page for the verified expansion path.

Commercial terms

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product line. See the commercial terms block on the model page, or ask us.

Do you show wholesale prices?

No. Wholesale pricing is available to registered partners after login, to avoid cross-comparison.

What are the lead times?

Lead times vary by line and season. Confirm at quotation stage.

Safety and transport

How are batteries classified for transport?

UN3480 / UN3481 apply depending on the configuration. MSDS and transport test summaries are available on request. Some carriers impose additional state-of-charge and packaging limits, confirmed per shipment.

Who may install the system?

Installation and grid connection must be performed by a locally licensed electrician or registered installer. Requirements differ by market.
